Welcome to BSA Pack 242 Pack 242 is part of the National Capital Area Council in the Aquia District, Stafford Virginia. We meet on the last Thursday of each month at the Harbour Inn, Aquia Harbour, Stafford, Virginia. The purpose of our site is to help the members of Pack 242 get the most out of their Cub Scouting experience and to provide resources for our parents and leaders.
